Southern Tide Return Guidelines for Online Purchases

Making a Return

At Southern Tide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange or give you credit for any item that is in like-new condition and unworn.

We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible. Merchandise may be returned within 90 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number and the Merchandise Return Form, which is included in your shipment. Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the returned item(s). If you have do not have the Merchandise Return Form, you can print one here.

It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

You may return your item(s) free of charge (except for Coolers) using the Southern Tide pre-paid shipping label that is enclosed with your order. If you are using our Fed Ex Return Label, be sure to retain the Receipt number located at the top of the return label. Shipment status cannot be determined without the Receipt number. If you are returning a Cooler, and use our shipping label, we will deduct $13.00 from your refund to cover the return shipping costs. Also, if you request a Cooler to be shipped for an exchange, we will charge a $13 shipping fee to your credit card to cover the cost of the re-shipment.

This address can only be used to return items purchased at Southerntide.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to that location. Returns that are received by Southern Tide that were not purchased from Southerntide.com cannot be processed.

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

Returning a Gift

Gift recipients who return an item can exchange the item for any Southern Tide merchandise of the same value or a Southern Tide gift card of the same value.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 90 days of the invoice date. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet your needs. If there is a problem with your exchange, we will contact you via the phone number you provide on the return form to discuss alternatives.

Exchange Due to a Manufacturer’s Defect or Incorrect Shipment: We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, if your order is found to be defective or incorrect, please return the item using our postage-paid return label, and we will gladly send you a new item. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item.)

All Other Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for something different than what was ordered, please indicate your preferred item on the Merchandise Return Form that came with your shipment. You will not be charged freight to ship your replacement item, unless the replacement item is a Cooler. There is a $13 shipping fee for Cooler exchange requests.
