What is your Return Policy?
At Southern Tide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to return an item for any reason, we will gladly exchange, refund or give you credit for any item that is in like-new condition and unworn.
We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible. Merchandise may be returned within 90 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number and the Merchandise Return Form (Download Return Form Here), which is included in your shipment. Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing for the returned item(s). If the item needs to be returned due to a defective issue, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-855-890-8334.
It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Please note that processing time may be longer during periods of high volume like the holiday season. We will work as quickly as we possibly can to ensure that your return or exchange is processed in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.
You may return your item(s) free of charge using the Southern Tide pre-paid shipping label that is enclosed with your order. This excludes Yeti Coolers. It is usually found at the bottom of the box with the Merchandise Return Form. Be sure you retain the tracking number located on the UPS label. Shipment status cannot be determined without your tracking number.
If you are returning a Yeti Cooler and use our pre-paid shipping label, we will deduct $13 from your refund to cover the return shipping cost. Also, if you request a Yeti Cooler to be shipped for an exchange, we will charge a $13 shipping fee to your credit card to cover the cost of re-shipment.

Where can I buy a Southern Tide Gift Certificate?
Southern Tide Gift Certificates can only be purchased on our website or by calling Customer Service toll free at 1-855-890-8334. Our Gift Certificates are electronic and will be emailed to the email address provided.
Where can I use my Southern Tide Gift Certificate?
At this time Southern Tide Gift Certificates can only be used for purchases made at southerntide.com or by calling Customer Service toll free at 1-855-890-8334. Our retail partners cannot accept Southern Tide Gift Certificates.
How do I use my Gift Certificate?
Once you place all desired items in your shopping cart, you will need to click Proceed to Checkout. After providing your shipping and billing information, you will find an option labeled “Redeem a Gift Certificate.” Enter your code as shown (including any dashes) in the box and click “Apply.”
Can I use multiple Gift Certificates on one order?
Yes, you can use multiple Gift Certificates on an order. In the Code box under Redeem a Gift Certificate in Step 4 of the Checkout process. After you enter your first Gift Certificate code as shown, including dashes and click Apply you will then be able to enter another in the same box.
Why isn’t my Gift Certificate working?
If you are having trouble using your Southern Tide Gift Certificate on our website and you have tried entering the code as shown including the dashes please give Customer Service a call toll free at 1-855-890-8334. We will be glad to help you in any way we can.
I accidently deleted the Gift Certificate email, now what?

Why didn’t I receive my Gift Certificate by email?
Once your order has been placed you should receive an email containing your Southern Tide Gift Certificate. This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add Southern Tide to your “Safe” list. When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours and orders placed before 10am EST usually ship the same day. Please note that during the Holiday season and other periods of high volume, your order may take longer to process.
When will my order be delivered?
Once processed, orders are shipped depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 5-6 business days to most US locations, but we’ve found that they usually get to you even faster than that. If you have selected an expedited UPS service your item(s) should arrive within the selected time frame. If you have selected our complimentary shipping option for orders over $99, your order will be delivered via UPS Ground. When will I receive my order with the complimentary shipping option?
Our complimentary shipping option on orders over $99 ships via UPS Ground. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 5-6 business days to most US locations, but we’ve found that they usually get to you even faster than that. Transit times may also vary depending on volume, especially around the Holidays. We greatly appreciate your patience and welcome any questions you may have. Is anything excluded from the Complimentary Shipping option on orders of $99 or more?
Yes, Yeti Coolers are currently excluded from the Complimentary Shipping option.
Can you ship to an address that’s outside the US?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time we are only able to accept one ship to address per order. In order to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We request that you enter a valid street address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add Southern Tide to your “Safe” list.
What if I’d like to change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. This helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and have designed our return process to be as easy as possible. Can I ship to an address that’s different from my billing address?
Absolutely! Once you’ve placed all items in your shopping cart and you’ve clicked “Proceed to Checkout,” enter your billing name and address. You’ll then want to uncheck the box “I also want to ship to this address” and click “Bill to this address.” If you create a Southern Tide account you’ll be able to enter separate shipping addresses and save them to use on future orders.
Can I use multiple credit cards on one order?
At this time, our website is unable to accept multiple credit cards for one transaction, including prepaid Visa Cards and Visa Gift Cards. However, if you need to make a purchase using multiple credit cards please give Customer Service a call toll free at 1-855-890-8334 and a representative will be glad to assist you.
Why do I have multiple charges on my credit card, but only one order confirmation?
If your order was adjusted for any reason, you will see a separate transaction for the correct amount, and the incorrect charge will be voided and disappear after a few days. This can also occur when a credit card is declined because of a zip code or CVV mismatch. In this case the transaction never posted to our account and should fall off of your statement within 24-48 business hours depending on your bank’s policies. Do you offer the option to gift wrap my items?
Yes! We offer a gift wrap option located in your Southern Tide shopping cart before clicking “Proceed to Checkout.” Please select the gift wrap option for each item you would like gift wrapped. Each item will come gift wrapped individually; this allows you to purchase additional items for yourself without having to worry about re-boxing the items once you receive your order! We are unable to gift wrap Bed and Bath merchandise at this time.
