Do you offer Tall sizes?

At this time we do not offer Tall sizes in any of our products. For more information regarding the fit on our products, please view the size charts for appropriate product.

We currently have over 750 Fine Specialty stores in over 45 states, Washington D.C., the Virgin Islands and Bermuda. Do you offer a Military Discount?

We offer a Military Discount to all active Military personnel. Please click on the link below to enroll in our Military Discount program. Once we receive your request, we will update the pricing on your Southern Tide Account. Military Discount Request Form

Can I use multiple credit cards on one order?

At this time, our website is unable to accept multiple credit cards for one transaction, including prepaid Visa Cards and Visa Gift Cards. However, if you need to make a purchase using multiple credit cards please give Customer Service a call toll free at 1-855-890-8334 and a representative will be glad to assist you.

Why do I have multiple charges on my credit card, but only one order confirmation?

If your order was adjusted for any reason, you will see a separate transaction for the correct amount, and the incorrect charge will be voided and should disappear after a few days. This can also occur when a credit card is declined because of a zip code or CVV mismatch. In those cases the transaction never posted to our account and should fall off of your statement within 24-48 business hours depending on your bank’s policies. Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes! We offer gift services during checkout for each item in your cart. Your order will include gift boxes for every item you select; this allows you to purchase additional items for yourself without having to worry about re-boxing the items once you receive your order! We are unable to gift wrap Bed and Bath merchandise at this time.

Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation?

Once your order has been placed you should receive an order confirmation by email. This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add Southern Tide to your “Safe” list. If you still have not received your order confirmation email please give Customer Service a call toll free at 1-855-890-8334 or email us at theskipjack@southerntide.com.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours and orders placed before 1PM EST usually ship the same day. Please note that during the Holiday season and other periods of high volume, your order may take longer to process.

When will my order be delivered?

Once processed, orders are shipped depending on the shipping method selected during checkout. UPS Ground guarantees delivery within 5-6 business days to most US locations, but may arrive sooner. If you have selected an expedited UPS service, your item(s) should arrive within the selected time frame. Click here to view the UPS Shipping Map to see the time frame for orders in your location.

When will I receive my order with the complimentary shipping option?

Our complimentary shipping option on orders over $99 ships via UPS Ground which guarantees delivery within 5-6 business days to most US locations, but may take longer during the Holidayseason. 

Can you ship to an address that’s outside the US?

At this time we do not ship orders internationally.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or to multiple addresses?

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, and can only accept one mailing address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, you will need to create a separate order for each address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add Southern Tide to your “Safe” list.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. This helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible.
